Fluctuations is a nomadic European festival along rivers combining music, art, talks, and community engagement to spark social and environmental change. 2024–2025 Highlights • Events in Lambersart, Anderlecht, Utrecht, Budapest, Strasbourg and Paris • 13,000+ participants, 150+ artists, 150+ speakers, 50+ workshops & panels Led by the non-profit association SMMMILE, Fluctuations grows out of the SMMMILE Vegan & Pop Festival and represents its natural evolution toward a broader and transnational cultural project.
