ВИЖ! Magazine

ВИЖ! (as in “Take a look!”) is an independent Bulgarian arts and culture media outlet. The magazine has been reaching thousands of readers every month since 2012 both online and through its free monthly issues. The print editions are always gravitating around different themes, analysing challenging topics, bringing together young and promising voices. In addition, vijmag.bg is the only cultural media in Bulgaria with an English-language archive. ВИЖ!'s trademark is a strong and recognisable visual identity and quality journalism. The topics in which ВИЖ! deep-dives are related not only to culture and art but also cover ecology, human rights, freedom of speech and education issues. ВИЖ! has one published book and has been involved in various cultural events: from exhibitions and film screenings to literary readings, creative contests, discussions, lectures, music events, etc.
