Golden Éire Records

Golden Éire Records is an artist-led independent record label and creative studio based in Ireland. Founded in 2022, we develop Irish hip-hop, R&B and adjacent genres with a focus on long-term artist careers, cultural integrity, and fair working practices. We operate as a registered rights holder and strategic support base for artists, combining in-house production with close coordination across recording, visuals, live performance and campaign planning. Alongside releases, we support funding applications, release strategy, digital marketing and rights administration, with an emphasis on transparency and keeping creative and financial control in artists’ hands. Our work is rooted in story-driven projects that reflect local communities and lived experience, including themes such as mental health, social commentary and community life. Golden Éire Records also functions as a practical experiment in artist-led infrastructure, building sustainable models for independent music in Ireland and collaborating across Europe, where shared values and mutual support can strengthen the wider ecosystem.
