Panel discussion on “Creative freedom and cultural independence: the politicisation of culture” -Reset! x OPC

As part of a panel hosted by Reset! member the Observatoire des Politiques Culturelles (Observatory of Cultural Policies), Laurent Bigarella from the Reset! coordination team is invited to take part in a discussion on the topic of “Creative freedom and cultural independence: the politicisation of culture”, together with Nicolas Cardou (Deputy Director General for the City of Nantes at Nantes Métropole), Yauheni Kryzhanouski (political scientist at the University of Strasbourg who worked on a study about cultural independance for Reset!, and Agnès Tricoire (lawyer, member of the Creative Freedom Observatory).
