De Structura & Reset! network will bring together seven European independent culture and media organisations in Tartu (EE) from February 23rd to 25th. This collaborative gathering aims to foster dialogue, share best practices, and address crucial topics surrounding the independence and sustainability of cultural and media organisations across Europe.

The event will provide a platform for participants to engage in meaningful discussions on a range of topics, including financing strategies for independent organisations, the significance of independence within the sector, and advocacy efforts to support the vibrant ecosystem of independent cultural and media entities.
One of the highlights of the event will be a public discussion with invited speaker Grete Kodi from The Nordic Council of Ministers and a workshop held on February 23rd at Aparaaditehas inviting local residents of Tartu to join the conversation. This interactive session will provide attendees with valuable insights, and networking opportunities.

Public Event : Independent Culture an Innovation
The event kicks off with a 45-minute informal panel discussion, where 4 organisations of Meet Reset! Tartu and Grete Kodi, Adviser on Digitalisation and Creative Industries at the Nordic Council of Ministers’ office in Estonia, will discuss the role and challenges of independent culture organisations in Europe.
After a networking break, participants will move on to the second part: fully interactive workshops, where they will divide into smaller teams to discuss relevant topics of interest.
